The hotel room was more spacious than we expected. As was the bathroom. Everything was clean. Even though we asked for "no room cleaning", there was a big bag of towels, linen etc hanging on our door when we returned to the room! Location-wise, there were restaurants nearby and lots of bars. Not forgetting a handy "bottle shop" practically across the road from the hotel. The tram stop to Dogo Onsen was only a short walk away.

The location is very convenient near the main downtown of Matsuyama is (and Okaido street), where many restaurants are. Also walking distance to the castle rope-way. On the 3rd floor there are washing machines, and an ice machine. The room cleaning in the morning was always very quick during the time we went out for breakfast and came back. Also two convenience stores literally 20 seconds outside the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the tram, less than 10 minutes' walk. Walking from the hotel can quickly reach the Okaido store street. The check-in went smoothly and the front desk service was very good. The room is very clean and tidy. On the third floor, there are washing machines, dryers, vending machines, and ice makers.

Xiangyu

For an older hotel, I really had a very pleasant stay. Rooms have everything you need, bed was comfortable. Staff gracefully allowed me to stow my luggage, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. Very close to the tram line that will take you to the train stations or Dogo Onsen. Many restaurants nearby as well.

Neepsocks

Business hotel, central location. Rooms are small, same as the bathrooms, but clean and with everything what a traveler needs. Our nonsmoking room was quiet and the AC was efficient. Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese food, lot of choice.
