The location is very convenient near the main downtown of Matsuyama is (and Okaido street), where many restaurants are. Also walking distance to the castle rope-way. On the 3rd floor there are washing machines, and an ice machine. The room cleaning in the morning was always very quick during the time we went out for breakfast and came back. Also two convenience stores literally 20 seconds outside the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the tram, less than 10 minutes' walk. Walking from the hotel can quickly reach the Okaido store street. The check-in went smoothly and the front desk service was very good. The room is very clean and tidy. On the third floor, there are washing machines, dryers, vending machines, and ice makers.

The location is perfect near restaurants, shopping and tramway. you can go the the JR station with the tramway in about 15mn.

Business hotel, central location. Rooms are small, same as the bathrooms, but clean and with everything what a traveler needs. Our nonsmoking room was quiet and the AC was efficient. Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese food, lot of choice.

Room was bigger than most other ones we've stayed at which was a really nice change. We got a taxi to the hotel as it was raining and noticed there were quite a few taxis parked nearby so very convenient for that.

Check in was easy Staff very polite and friendly, Hotel was exceptional and the breakfast was superb . Perfect location Absolutely brilliant.

Breakfast was fantastic! The size of the room and bed are kinda small, but it's enough for a short stay. The price definitely makes it worth it! Location is good, but keep in mind it's on a one-way street if you're driving.
